New Exihibits	Veteran's Military Collection

The Veteran's exhibit, which had been on display at the Waconia American Legion , is installed on the first floor of the Caver County Historical Society. The exhibit features memorials to the Carver County soldiers who died while serving our county. There are also many items on display from the various wars fought since the Civil War.

I didn't have a chance to tour this huge room in detail. But, I did see huge racks of uniforms, bookcases, and racks of swords and guns. This promises to be a very fascinating museum for any military or history buff. I hope to go back sometime, when the dust has settled, and spend more time there.
